We are delighted to let you know that we are reopening the club on 12th April and there is no better time to pick up where you left off! We wanted to take this opportunity to remind you of the health and safety measures we have put in place, to ensure you have a safe and comfortable environment in which to exercise.

Everyone must wear a face covering when coming into the Club and this must remain on at all times until you are in the gym or on the court. Please make sure when you leave the gym or court, your face covering goes back on.

Checking in for Gym and Court Usage

When coming into the Club, there is a new wall mounted thermometer located to the right of the inside foyer door, please take your temperature and wait for the machine to speak. If your temperature is higher than 37.8c an alarm will sound and we ask that you do not attend the gym, courts or classes, if you have a normal temperature then please come to reception.

At reception we will log your temperature check on our system and check you in.

Courts can only be booked and used by people living in the same household, for this reason we do ask you to email or call us to book your court.

We are able to offer outdoor classes so we have created a temporary class timetable for outdoor classes and zoom classes. Please visit our website/facebook page to see the timetable. We are excited for the next step in the roadmap to see classes returning back inside too, hopefully this will be able to commence on 17th May.

Cleaning and Hygiene

We will continue to uphold our rigorous standards of cleanliness by ensuring machines and surfaces are continually sanitised and disinfected throughout the day. Additionally, hand sanitiser, spray and blue rolls are located throughout the gym for your personal use. Can't find them or they need replacing?

Let us know!

The water fountains located around the Club must be used to fill water bottles only.

Social Distancing

Social Distancing measures remain in place and this allows a maximum of 25 people in the Gym at any one time.

Showers and changing facilities will be open but there is a maximum capacity of 5 people in these rooms.

The Sauna and Steam room will remain closed due to refurbishment.

We hope you're as excited as we are to be getting back into the gym and as always if you have any questions or concerns please get in contact at or call us on 01304 613022.

Kind Regards,

Baypoint Club
