So even if you want a quiet desk Monday to work on the details of your plan, a large table Tuesday to coordinate with your team, a lunch table Wednesday to meet a new client and a cosy corner for the rest of the week to vet potential candidates - Baypoint has all the spaces you'll need, all this and you have free access to our fitness studios, classes and spa.


You'll also have access to all of our amenities and free business support, events and training. Business hub memberships start from £150 per month.

Baypoint meeting rooms is a multi-purpose venue which specialises in providing tailored services to match a range of requirements. There are four rooms/meeting areas to hire, which are ideal for business meetings and conferences, providing flexible space for anything from 2 to 300 delegates, in addition access to outdoor exhibition space for larger events. The beautiful outdoor terrace offers an area to relax and unwind during breaks in the conference agenda. Our remarkable facilities are matched by unrivalled levels of hospitality, exceptional catering and superb technical support, to deliver a unique and highly competitive corporate offering.

Free Wi-Fi facilities are provided throughout the site and superb multimedia equipment is also available. A dedicated conference team is also on-hand to provide full technical support, if needed.
